Shipping Costs:

We ship worldwide and offer various options to meet your needs. The shipping cost to your country is determined by the destination, weight and shipping method chosen.

Australia:

All our Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Australian Shipping rates:
AUD $5.00 for up to 2 items
AUD $7.50 for 3 items for more (up to 10 items)

USA and North America:

There are 2 methods of shipping to the USA and North America.

Standard Airmail rates:
USD $5.00 for 1 item
USD $7.00 for 2 items
USD $13 for 3 or more items (Up to 10 items)

For Express Courier rates simply add the items to your shopping cart and proceed accordingly to Step 3 of the checkout where the full cost will be calculated and displayed before you make any payment.

United Kingdom:

There are 2 methods of shipping to the UK.

Standard Airmail rates:
GBP £4.00 for 1 item
GBP £6.00 for 2 items
GBP £11.00 for 3 or more items (Up to 10 items)

Europe:

There are 2 methods of shipping to mainland Europe.

Standard Airmail rates:
Euro €4.50 for 1 item
Euro €6.70 for 2 items

We only ship via Standard Airmail to other world regions:

How long will it take to receive my order?

This depends on the method of shipping requested and the country of destination. Typically delivery for standard airmail post is between 1-3 days in Australia and 2-10 business days for international orders. Express International Service is normally 2-4 Business days. On rare occasions the customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security measure, these delays can be 2-4 weeks.

Can I track my order?

You can check if your order has been sent by clicking on the "Order Status" button.

Only our International Express Service allows for online tracking. If the shipment method of Express were selected at the time of ordering, an email would have been sent with your tracking information when your order was shipped. If you have not received this email, we can resend it to the original email address supplied. Alternatively, for us to send it to another email address, you will need to provide sufficient information as requested to validate your identity.

If the shipping method "Standard by Airmail" for international shipments was selected for your order, your shipment does have a parcel number, however you are not able to view the status of this shipment online. Please allow the given delivery time, taking into consideration the possibility of customs clearance delays occurring within your country (refer "How long will it take to receive my order?").

How often are orders processed?

Orders are processed and shipped daily at 2pm Australian EST.
Orders placed on weekends or on major holidays are processed and shipped the following business day.
Orders placed after 3pm are processed and shipped the following business day.

Taxes:

International orders may incur taxes and duties and this is advised in the checkout process. This fee is levied by the country you are shipping to and has to be paid by the recipient. While we apologise for any inconvenience, we have no control over such fees. (More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.)

Is GST calculated for Australian orders?

All prices on the website include the Australian GST.
